Before that, he served as a perishable manager at Sprouts Farmers Market, where he decreased overspending by focusing on the store’s top 50 items. Dan Eric Zeitlow also emphasized food safety, implementing policies and internal process controls to ensure the safe cooking, storage, and cooling of fresh food items.

Mr. Zeitlow also spent six years as perishable manager with KTM Supermarkets. Responsible for overseeing purchase to sales of fresh food items, he managed the store’s automated ordering system and reviewed received orders for inaccuracies. Under his leadership, the department reduced overspending and streamlined its seasonal changes to purchases.

The recipient of a bachelor of science in interactive media design, Mr. Zeitlow completed a leadership training and relationship building seminar at the Dale Carnegie Institute, where he learned skills to increase productivity and build professional relationships.
